Tim’s consulting career spans more than 20 years, having worked both domestically and internationally with such leading brands as Visa, MasterCard, Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo, E*Trade, CalPERS, JPMorgan Chase, Franklin Templeton, Coca-Cola, Pepsico and Pinault-Printemps-Redoute. In addition to having helped launch the Customer Insight practice at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and the Database Marketing practice at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), Tim was previously Managing Director at Mainstay Partners.
